Well it came while I was at work yesterday, so I had to go to the post office to sign for it today.  Live steam Crab style mogul from Bassett Lowke, tank cars and passenger coaches from ACE Trains, the SR Gondola and BR brake van from Bassett Lowke/Corgi.   I took the moguls tender apart and the top went right into my paint stripper can.  The mogul just got taken somewhat apart, a broken solder joint on the cab resoldered, then a good degreasing so I can mask and respray the boiler and cab sides the proper shade of maroon.   I am now looking for the electric powered version of the mogul or a clockwork one to add to my collection.   I believe the mogul will get around O42 curves and without the tender it will just squeeze around 031, but you can feel its really tight doing it.  So....anybody have a circle of good used 042 to spare?  I will probably use 054 for my portable layout, but 042 fits my indoor space perfectly.  Nothing but high praise for Kevin at TSMR for the great trains at fair prices, along with excellent shipping!       Cheers   Mike the Aspie68985926_386657612050263_2273946511899361280_n69259803_2792364887500554_2340800452410474496_n

making good headway on refurbing the mogul.  Tender was in bare tinplate for the photo, its now in LMS Crimson Lake.   I masked and repainted the boiler and cab sides on the locomotive after a complete degrease.  I also resoldered one of the cab sides where it had come loose from the frame.   LMSCrab in progress
