MTH item# 90268 and Item# 90423 single stall sheds.........I called a merchant, was ready to order either one of those. But merchant said that they don't accept fastrack. Catalog description says accepts all O gauge track systems. I would appreciate your knowledge on this. Thank you.

I just received one of these yesterday. I generally use Lionel 027 track but I have a loop of Fastrack under the Christmas tree. I set the shed on the Fastrack and the roadbed is too wide for the slot in the shed. A boxcar won’t roll through the shed without hitting the platform. Unless there is a non-obvious way to put them together I don’t believe the shed and Fastrack are compatible.
On the other hand, there is a YouTube video titled MTH Pennsylvania smoking dual engine shed that shows locomotives inside the dual shed version filling it with smoke. It looks like they’re using Fastrack but there’s no video of the anything passing into the shed.
Thanks MarkVB. For some reason I always thought the later model sheds were compatible with fastrack.
I have fastrack with the single stall shed and works well. There are a few pieces which unscrew to make it fit properly. Just bought the shed a few months ago.
