Can anybody identify this loco? It's clearly suffered a fall and is unlikely to ever to run again, but it'd be nice to know what it is. Google reveals nothing and it's notably cruder than most of what's shown there

It also looks to have had quite a bit of run time, looking at the marks on the wheels.
