Ironman,
I have a set, however:

1.) It is too large to scan on my printer.

2.) I am going out of town (and unable to view this forum) in the morning and will be gone all week.

3.) If you can wait till I get back, I will see if I can get it scanned somewhere and maybe mail it to you.
