Agreed.  I saw the same site.  When you read closely, those are USED parts at that cheap rate.  (and unless you really need a lot of them, it's not like you can buy one or 2 at that rate)

One of the comments below on that page indicates there were some shorted parts (i.e., defective) in his lot, and that they were replaced.  (which is maybe OK, IF you plan on testing all the parts before assuming they work!)

Spending a few bucks for one new part (vs. a few bucks for several used ones of unknown previous life) is worth it in this case, IMO.
