I have, 20-3418-1, 2-8-4 Steam Locomotive that is derailing on 0-60 curves. Recommendation is 0-54 curves but this locomotive has never had any issues with 0-60 curves in the past. Looking at the video below, I can’t figure out why it is derailing on all of my 0-60 curves. I have checked all the screws on the front wheels and even back wheels. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Does your track have any vertical waves or humps in it? I've seen low spots in track cause the lead drivers to rise up high enough for the flange to go over the rail head. The loco essentially pops a wheelie

The engine does it on every curve section. The curves have no big bumps no waves. My other steamers go across the curves without any problems so I am wondering what is causing this engine to do this.
What style of track are you using? Is it Fastrack or Realtrax? Looks like your engine is trying to do a wheelie. Maybe some more weight(half ounce to one full ounce) in the front of the engine may help.
I use Gargraves track & Ross Switches, also use the old style tubular track with my MTH engines and don't have but an occasional issue with the track. I have found that certain engines are more finicky then others as I have 2 MTH Reading T-1's and one will derail a whole more then the other one does.

This engine previously worked fine. The OP has done something to, most likely, the engine or, possibly, the layout, to cause the problem.
Is there a front center rail roller problem? Can the roller slide down into the little pocket or is it ridding up too far. Take a quick look at it and test with your finger for up & down movement.
Is that a traction tire I see on the front drivers. I can't tell from the picture. If so, it could be a bad traction tire.

Are the front pilot and rear trailing trucks able to move freely? If they bind and do not slide side to side I've seen that cause derailing.
Sorry for the delayed response. I have not been able to look at the engine until late this evening. It actually turned how to be track issue after all. I over looked this since some my other engines were running ok on my track. Thanks for everyone's input.
Glad you got it fixed and kudos for telling everyone what the problem was. That adds to the general knowledge base.
