Need help with RR Track printing

If you didn’t use Layers for different elements, I believe you’ll need to add them and move whatever you don’t want to print to the new layer(s). Then change those layers to Hidden. If you did use Layers, then just change the ones you don’t want to print to Hidden. Then select the a Print option to get a preview. Trouble is what gets printed won’t change in size and there will be a lot of empty space in the printout. You can try playing around with some of the Scale options in the print preview feature, but I’m not sure if that gets you a full page printout of what you see on the screen.

I use the Windows Snip & Sketch tool to capture just what I want to print. To use that simply hit the Windows key and type “snip”. You should see Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch in the results. Snipping Tool works too, but Snip & Sketch has more options and is their latest tool.

Thanks for the quick reply.  I'm pretty sure that I didn't use layers but I will try moving them.  I like the snip option and will try that.

The snip option is the better because it lets you quickly capture just what you want and get a full page printout. If the layout is away from the room objects, you can just snip what you want without using layers, but layers lets you turn things off that you aren’t working on, etc. Good luck.

This is a snip of a 8 x 16 Std. Gauge layout I've been playing with.  The snip tool worked great.  Thanks for the help.
