I have added a second TIU and WIFI to my layout for the turn table that I added. I have both WIFI units working together no problems. The problem that I have is when an engine goes from one TIU to the other I loose control of the engine. If I use the remote and put the TIU'S in super mode all is well. When I use my tablet no good. all engines show up in drop down. all engines were in the 1st TIU before I added the second one.   What am I missing? both TIU'S 6.1 TIU'S and are about 25 feet apart

Thanks Henry

Henry,

You need to put the TIUs in Super TIU mode in the DCS App:

Tap: More.../Advanced Features/System Settings/TIU Settings, select each TIU and turn on Super TIU Mode.

Barry, Thanks for you help. all is well now. I have both of your books and under setup for the wifi there is no mention of changing  the TIU to super mode if you have more that one WIFI/TIU unit. I would have thought you would reference that there right after it tells you how to link the more than one  WIFI units together.

Thanks Henry

Henry.

I would have thought you would reference that there right after it tells you how to link the more than one  WIFI units together.

It's on pages 123-124 in The DCS WiFi Companion 1st Edition. You can see it in the Table of Contents. Further, there are references to Super TIU mode in the discussion of TIU Settings and in other places throughout the book. It's also in the Index.

That's why the "How to Use This Book" at the beginning says to first read the book once, cover to cover.
