Need Recommendation For Brass Kit Builder / Repair Person In Business In Or Around Central PA

I have several old brass logging kits that need built up and looking for reputable person who does this for full or part time business in or around PA. Also have a old brass loco that most likely is scratch built, and resembles an EF3 that needs some mechanical finishing touches that may take some creative thinking. Was looking at EngineHouse Services out of WI but would like to keep it local if possible. Thanks in advance!

Cheaper to purchase finished models from importers or used markets. I used to do that kind of work - $50/hr including coffee breaks. I hated it - and I make more $ and have more fun flight instructing.
