My wonderful wife purchased this set for me for Christmas. I was delighted that she did this until I opened the set and put it on the tracks. Taking it out off the box it is a beautiful set. As I was unpacking the passenger cars I was very pleased with their appearance until I got to the baggage car. One of the sliding doors was completely missing. I then put the set on the track for a run and was only running for about 5 minutes when the powered unit threw a traction tire. Thinking that wouldn't be to hard to replace I started looking for direction to do so. I found nothing.  I posted on the forum the many things I was disappointed with in this set. 

     I tried several times to contact Lionel about all the problems I found with this set but was unable to get through. I do like the way Lionel has stood behind the product on the issues that I have had before. They have always been very helpful. My wife purchased this set from Trainworld which is not always the cheapest place to buy but I can tell you their service is fantastic. I called them to tell them about my set and they were very helpful. I spoke to Paul and he said he would have to speak to his manager as to what they could do and by the end of the day he returned my call and emailed me a return label for all the problems that I had.  I packed it all up and shipped it out. Following the tracking number the day that Trainworld received the shipment they called me and shipped the new pieces back to me. I am very pleased with how this has all happened and will not hesitate to buy from Trainworld again. In my last post I stated does Neil Young know about this. I am very glad I got the Neil Young Signature Set.
