does anyone know if the new mth 20-64100 premium nyc passenger cars have figures in the cars and does the observation car have a lighted drum on its back?

I just got my set. And yes to your questions

if you order a set would request the open and inspect each car. I’m returning 7 cars for scratches, finger prints all over, windows with something on it and last one is led light bar on vista dome falling down. I’ve bought other mth sets with no issues but this appears to be some bad quality control or at least the day they made these. Couple pics.
Nice cars but not this set of 7
