Am I missing something? How do you sign-in with the new Forum?
I scrolled to the last page on the bottom and signed-in via the members tab.

It depends...
On a computer it's the little wheel at the upper right of the page.
On a tablet or smart phone, it's in the standard drop down menu found on the upper left of the page.

I am on Windows XP on my PC and there is no little wheel at the upper right hand of the page, however, you got me to looking around and...
There are 3 small horizontal bars in the upper left hand of the page that does open up a menue.
Once signed in, your name appears at the top of the list replacing the sign-in link.
To sign-out, you have to click on your name and scroll to the bottom of a new menue.
Trust this might help others.

Well that's odd. Here is what the top of my screen looks like if I sign out...
What is your screen resolution set to? That will change how things appear. I'm running 1920 x 1080.
