Lol!! C’mon man..... professor snape is not an engineer. And since when does Lionel & free go in the same paragraph!

There is alot and I mean alot of non prototypical items in this catalog. More Scobby stuff, Frozen 2, Disney, even Star Trek. If you are into this you will be happy!! Luckily nothing in there for me!!

My wallet is smiling for now.

My wallet ain't

epecially when scooby, disney and star trek was mentioned

my wallet is crying

I hope they didn't do a vision line GS-4 they just released those in 2017 and I spent $1400 to buy one!  I'll be so disappointed if they do a VL in that after offering it up so recently.  I'm personally hoping for Lionel to do a scale Pennsy T1 Duplex...I don't remember them ever doing a full scale version of it in legacy but I could be wrong

I'd rather have an EMD E5, stainless steel the whole 9 yards, but that's only for my dreams

I emailed Ryan Kunkle on this a while ago, he said that’s a lot of new tooling for 1 engine, plus he would want to do correct matching cars..... it’s not out of the question but!! It’s far down the line. I would Pre-order some E5’s in a heartbeat

Correct as in Nebraska Zephyr or correct in proper Budd domes?

Rusty

They are making Vision Line GS-1, GS-2, GS-3, GS-4, GS-5, and GS-6 in various road names and configurations. Many have matching scale passenger cars. (SP Lark, SP Golden State, American Freedom Train, Chessie Steam Special, SP 5-Car Freight set, and SP Daylight w/ passenger cars)
Twenty-seven GS series locomotives in all.

It seems strange to me that they would do that many variations of the same locomotive in one catalog.

Other than that, it's lots of traditional O-gauge trains with licensed paint schemes (Disney, scooby-doo, Star-Trek, Anheuser-Bush, Coors, looney tunes, batman, Ford, Chevy, e.t.c.)

I'm a scale guy, so the only thing that caught my eye was the newly tooled modern-era plug-door beer boxcars.
But at $99 MSRP a piece, I'm going to pass.
