NEW RMT BOX CARS

The new RMT 64 series box cars have arrived. There are 11 new road names. There was a great pre-arrival sale with a $10 coupon, making the price $29.98. Even without the coupon they are a good value.

My favorite road names are the Western Pacific, which are lettered for Paulinskill Mfg Co. They are a nice memorial to our recently departed forum buddy, Owen Sturm. The other road name I like is the CNJ, which are lettered for my favorite pierogi company in Raritan, NJ.

The cars should be good looking with the fine RMT detail that we are accustomed to. I'm sure they will go fast.

All the RMT cars contain really nice graphics; I wish these traditional box cars were available a few years ago!

Some of us have since moved on to true ¼” O scale.
If Walter could find a way to produce a true O scale 2r/3r line up of cars, I’m certain he would be even more successful.
We could use some O scale rolling stock lower than the current $70-80 car prices we are seeing today.

Anyway congrats, nice job on these fine box cars Walter!
Hope to see more new products in the near future.

NJCJoe...thought I would see you there...we stayed till all pierogi was gone waiting for you. The dinner is every month and offers more than pierogi. Maybe we'll have rrvics there too as he lives nearby.

SIRT...RMT is working on new products and there may be some of interest to you as RMT moves forward.

BillT...RMT's 64 Series boxcars are sure to fit right in with your other 6464 cars.
