On November 4th, 2017, I journeyed up to the Strasburg Railroad. On the day I arrived, they were running the Norfolk and Western No. 475 steam locomotive on the Strasburg Main Line. In this video we follow the excursion from the Strasburg Home base In Ronks, PA, all the way to Paradise, PA and back. This video is professionally filmed in 4K quality and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Enjoy this video and thanks for watching!

I don't understand that sentence.  What short out and back section of track?  Do you mean our mainline?  If so, it was never part of the PRR, the Strasburg Rail Road was chartered by Strasburg business men in 1832 and has always been an independent shortline, never a subsidiary or branch of any other RR.

The only "short out and back section of track, originally chartered by the Pennsylvania railroad" would be the interchange and runaround track at Leaman Place, which was originally the #1 track of PRR's four track mainline between Philadelphia and Harrisburg.  If that's what you were talking about, then you were right on the mark.

Nice video all the same.

Kelly,

I will re-write the description with what you have told me. Sorry, I seem to have gotten some misinformation.
