I recently picked up a used Lionel Dockside switcher,

6-28650, everything works except the whistle. I can tell it needs a little work like any engine does after a time. Any information of the wiring out there? Or is it just that picky when it comes to controls?

After some investigation it appears a part labeled tjp31c? burned out, or over heated. Reverse works correctly, but forward is sticky.
