Unfortunate, but I think the right decision... maybe you could live-stream a tour of the layout in place of the actual event??? And we’ll all be expecting you to serve cans of Bohack’s Beer next year

Sad for you guys. I always enjoyed the pics and the stories. Hoping next year will be bigger and better than ever!!

I was talking to my wife last night about attending in 2022. This whole virus thing draws a vacuum.

This stinks. I was hoping it would happen but I knew most likely this would be the case.

Actually, it is pretty funny!   Did you get the hats made?  I think I need one of those!

I consider 2021 a clean up year for 2020. It'll probably take until next year to get everyone vaccinated that wants it.

Agree. Can't imagine most, if any, train meets happening in 2021 either. Sadly haven't been paying attention though I think April York will see the plug pulled plus any train organizations summer conventions.

SORRY to hear about the cancellation. I just got on the waiting list at my local health dept to get the vaccine.

Sad that such a great event is cancelled though. I hope to attend one day.

That being said, You can keep the hat.

Sad, understandable, and the right decision. Thank you Ben and all the HiRailers for past and future events.

2021 is NOT 2020. It will be better.  I believe we will see much better things in store for us in 2021.

Anticipated and understandable. I definitely need a hat! I couldn't attend last year, had just lost Marty and this year I couldn't have attended.   Total hip replacement I had on Dec. 23 means traveling for me isn't  a possibility for a while even without Covid.  Just wait until next year!!
