Worthwhile visit.
I live an hour away from York and haven't been to the Harley Davidson tour yet.
Did the tour on Monday. We saw a manufacturing operation that's truly a model for the 21st century!
There is a free tour and the Steel Toe Tour for $35. The free tour is pretty good. Did the Steel Toe tour this past summer and you really did not get to see that much more although you get goodies to take home - even the fluorescent orange safety vest you have to wear. Unless you are in your own group in the group picture taken you will be with several people you don't know and most likely will never see again. The photo has you holding a Harley part - maybe a fender, handle bars, etc.

Steel Toe Tour Schedule:
Two sessions are offered daily Monday through Thursday, 9:30AM and 12:00PM. Duration for each tour is approximately two hours. Steel Toe Tours have a limited capacity and frequently sell-out. Advance ticket purchases are strongly encouraged.

I took it this afternoon. Wanted to see the new factory over the previous one. Looks a lot better than the old factory
Bonus for me I work part time for Harley, trip is now a tax write-off
