Just to add to this but I still have the one incorrect part I purchased. I was able to contact North Lima via email and they refunded me for the incorrect part (via a check) and told me to keep the part instead of sending it back.
Heck, I wish they would confirm my registration from four and six months ago so I could place an online order. These guys just need to shut down and sell their inventory to someone who has the time to run the business. j
I am curious I have sent Emails to them for a month now no response . what e-mail address are you using. my order was placed November 5 2018.
I sent an email to their support email. They never responded via email. Instead a check and a written letter appeared about a week later.
Interesting........I just placed and order with them (took a chance after reading this thread). I had emailed them on their contact form and also called....no response. Placed the order anyway as it was small and relatively inexpensive. Had to place a second one and the first didn't appear to go through.....the dreaded spinning cursor. Then I got two confirmation emails for the separate orders. Sent two emails to their listed email address rather than the form. I immediately got and answer back thanking me for the heads up and that they were correcting the double order. Fingers crossed here.

Apparently they have a new owner now who is much better about responding to email etc.
Thing is......their support page gives a phone number and says, "messages only". Then when you call, the taped message says....."we do not take messages". I'm optimistic about my order, though. Time will tell

John, if you were doing anything with NLTW before December, I would leave that with the prior owner.
They are still ironing out some kinks with the change in ownership. Last week I completed an order and got to "check-out" when the "spinner" showed up. I retraced my steps and when I got to check-out I used a credit card instead of PayPal--the order went through and I received my stuff today.
When the PayPal payment method didn't work, but the CC did, I emailed John, the owner, and he emailed me back to say he was going to get in touch with PP since I was the second one who experienced the same thing.
FWIW, it's been below 0*F in N. Lima, Ohio these last several days, and John and who ever is helping him have been in the warehouses pulling parts for orders.
My order that I placed a week ago was waiting for me when I arrived home tonight from vacation. Very pleased
