NYC decals for Lionel PW 6462 gondola

I have 5 - 6462 style PW gondolas that I want to repaint and re-letter to NYC scheme. Some of the gondolas are red, blue and some are Lionel Lines. I would like to make them all black, or brown with NYC lettering.

I have tried all the usual folks listed in the forum source list for decals but have come up short. I know there are companies that will make custom decals but I am guessing each set of decals would probably be more expensive than just buying a NYC gondola in black or brown.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I did check their listings but couldn't find any. I did send them an email asking about the NYC decals in case I missed them.

The 6462 gondola came already lettered for the NYC and the black one is quite common and inexpensive.

Search ebay on NYC decals. There are many lettering sets there. Not gondola specific but you will find them with letters, numbers and heralds. As has been pointed out why not just start with NYC gondolas and just change the numbers?
