Joe, I went back and reread Kirk's post and your correct. He has tin colored Std Gauge ties. Sorry for the mistake.

   I like use of the ties for my tubular track made by 3R Plastics out of the Chicago area.  I have put down a couple thousand of them and like the way they enhance my trackage.   I purchased my first ones years ago directly from 3R, but for the past year have had to get them through Amazon.  They ship quickly and you can buy in lots of 500.  Reasonable in price and save a lot of time and effort compared to making my own as I used to do.  They are made for S gauge, 027 and O gauge.

Kappler Lumber  supplies a bass wood product in a lot of different scale dimension sizes.  This wood matched well with Atlas ties.
