Did Lionel or anyone make a "regular sized" Dubuque Packing Car? I seem to recall them in the past. Not HO or N scale but O scale and not 40' long reefer type like Atlas and Weaver sell now.

Will you please be more specific in what "regular sized" means to you? Why would a meat packing company own anything other than reefers (or a few tankers to haul away tallow) to take their product to market?
Lionel made these.....there is a 2-pack on E-bay now, P/N 6-21939
By regular size I mean 2" wide, 3" high and 8.5 " long.
Seems anything listed as a 40' model is a lot larger than that.
OK, for the record, you're looking for a 36' scale model (probably going to be an old-fashioned "ice" reefer with roof hatches) labeled Dubuque Packing. Maybe K-Line?
K-Line never made a Dubuque reefer but KMT (Kris Model Trains) made one many years ago.
Crown Model Products also offered one with URTX 64929.
