O72 Fastrack or Gargraves

Hey all, looking at a few sources. Fastrack has went up tremendously since the last time I was in 3 rail. So I figured I would see if anyone has some used but serviceable Fastrack they are looking to get rid of. Looking for 072 or larger/turnouts etc. I need enough to make a loop and a couple sidings around my living room.

I also willing to consider Gargraves if I can find some. I’ll be honest I’m looking for a full lot of track at a reasonable price. Doesn’t have to be new or in perfect condition. Just serviceable. If I can’t find anything in a week, I’ll just have to bite the bullet cause my wife wants her 3 rail trains running right now! Lol
