Recently, i.e. the last day or so I’ve noticed the navigation bar wraps on my screen. Happens in Safari and Firefox. Sometimes clicking on my name no longer works either.

I can confirm that I can also produce this with certain sized windows on Chrome. My hunch is that it has to do with an error calculating the username size or similar element and therefor doesn't collapse the navigation bar at the proper point.
It is wrapping because early yesterday we added the supporting member link thus it spread the links out further. If you are using a phone, then it adjusts for this by stacking/wrapping the links. Can't explain the problem with your name not working sometimes. Perhaps Rich will chime in.
Make your browser window wider.
Same problem with name dropping below to line where it says O guage railroading on-line forum. Cannot scroll down to sign out either.

Then if I shrink it a bit more, it disappears and a little MENU pops up on the left side!
Right - I think the CSS in the site should be able to collapse to the three bar menu when the width of the navbar wraps.
Why have the in between overlapping state?

That actually does make sense to me, the overlap just lasted until I would have had the next element wrapped, then it just disappeared.
I would just like to know how to log out. I am not able to scroll down the blue vertical drop down box on the left side of the web page. Prior to logging on this afternoon I was able to scroll to the bottom to sign out. This is on a desk top PC

Why do you want to "log out"? I haven't "logged out" since I joined the OGR Forum some 16 years ago.
I'm with HW, I don't log out, it seems somewhat pointless to me.

You’re not getting “opinions” you’re getting advice, and it’s good advice. Why log out? I haven’t logged out for years, either.
However, if this is on a desktop PC, just make the browser window wider, or maximize it. Then the nav bar won’t wrap.
My question was not meant to be about the merits of logging in/off. I'm fine with staying logged in. My question is why I am not able to scroll down the above mentioned list. Is there no longer a reason to scroll down for other listings such as logging out as an example? Rich are you talking about viewing in full screen when you mention maximize? My search for making browser window wider was a little confusing. Anyways Thanks
Explain to me why you couldn't log off if you wanted to. I made my screen as narrow as the page would let me.
It does look ridiculous that way, but anyway... When I click on my profile handle, I clearly have the option to log out if I so desire.

Hello gunrunnerjohn When I place my cursor over my handle I see all the options you displayed except the bottom one/last one shown is TERMS OF SERVICE; not SIGN OUT. If I click on my handle it takes me to my profile page. Thanks for the come back.
To make any window wider, just click on the edge of the window and drag it larger.
By “maximize” I mean to click on the “maximize” icon in the upper right of the window. This expands the window - ANY window - full screen.

Do you have a very low resolution screen? It's odd you don't see the bottom entry.
