I wanted to post this before I forgot, but I am having a slight "senior moment."  Anyway, I visited the subject forum page and wanted to move down the page some by using the "slider bar" (my senior moment is that I can't remember the technical name for the bar on the far right of each page that the mouse is supposed to grab to allow the user to move up and down the page), but it is so small that I can't get the mouse to grab it.  I tried shrinking the print size, but that only allowed me to see a few more entries at the top of the page, not move up or down the whole page.

Any technical help would be appreciated.  By the way, the slider bar on every other page I visit on a regular basis is of a size that my mouse can grab it.

It would help me to know what your operating system is (Windows? Mac? Version?) and what browser you are using (Firefox, Edge, Safari, something else?)

I just took a look at the page and didn't see the problem you are having. Here's a screen grab...

You can see the slider bar at the right.

There are a couple of work-arounds for this.

  1. The PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN keys
You can use them to scroll a full screen of entries with one key stroke
  2. The UP and DOWN arrow keys
You can use these keys to scroll one line at a time.

Also, note that at the top of the page you can choose how many entries you want to display on a page. Just click the little number and you can choose 10, 20, 25, 50, or 100 entries per page.

I'm using Win 10 Pro (fully updated) and a browser called Vivaldi (fully updated) when I detected the problem.  Asking for this info caused me to try the Master Index url in several other browsers, and the only one to give me a standard size slider bar was Firefox.  The others (Edge, Slimjet, and Chrome) all gave me a very narrow slider bar which I could carefully grab with the mouse and use.  Since all the problem children for me are Chrome (or Chrome clones), and I've never seen this problem with any other fora I visit, my guess would be some sort of software "conflict" (but very minor) between Crowd Stack and Chrome.

I downloaded and installed the Vivaldi browser (which I had never heard of prior to this) on my PC. I got the same result as you did on the index page...a very small scroll bar. I did not try it in Slimjet, which is another browser I have never heard of. I found that I got this same small scroll bar on all the pages in the OGR site, not just the Master Index page.

This appears to be some sort of incompatibility between certain browsers and the Shopify-based web site code. However, you really should not be using multiple web browsers. That can cause a lot of conflicts and problems. Choose one and use it exclusively. I have used Firefox for many years and highly recommend it.

And again...you can also use the PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN, or the UP and DOWN arrow keys to scroll instead of using the mouse.
