Let's see your Bascule Bridges, Draw Bridges, Lift Bridges and other operating Bridges.

Here's my Lionel Bascule Bridge and Draw Bridge, which I am giving a name: Aaron Judge Bridges:

Why am I naming them that?

All Rise, so we can make it to Yankee Stadium on time:

Later, I will post a video showing my Aaron Judge Bridges in action.

In the meantime, let's see some photos and videos of your operating bridges.

IMO, this would be a great marketing idea for Lionel, especially if Aaron Judge signs a long term contract with the Yankees in the off season, which is likely to happen. My idea is that Lionel does another reproduction of their operating bridges and calls them the Aaron Judge Bridges, and when the bridge rises, you would hear Yankee fans shouting out: All Rise!

Of course, Lionel would have to pay Aaron Judge some money, not only for the use of his name, but to appear on television ads to promote the Aaron Judge Bridges.

This could be a great way to promote Lionel trains in general, the same way Joe DiMaggio promoted Lionel trains when he appeared on television ads in the 1950s.

Isn't that a great idea? What do you folks think?

Is that a commercially made bridge or did someone fabricate it? I would love to have a bridge like that to use instead of a removable bridge or fold up, looks like the bridges over the passaic river other than the fact it doesn't look sketchy *lol*

That was built custom by a guy in Orlando   He has since retired due to medical problems   His name is Bernie Winkler
