Placed an order with MTH on Sunday afternoon. I had to open an account. All went well. Placed the order and was given an order #. The site said I would soon receive an email confirmation. It is now Monday 10:20am. I have not received this email. Not in my junk folder either. Am I missing something here? Has anyone experienced the same thing? MTH parts division made it clear you will not be able to speak to a human. So I wont be able to check on the order by phone.
