It's a private narrow gauge railroad on a ranch near San Luis Obispo, CA. Famous locally for its collection of four of the original passenger cars from the Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad (seen in the pictures above). Disneyland got rid of the slow-loading cars in a convoluted series of trades that eventually resulted in them getting their fifth steam locomotive, the 2-4-4 Forney Ward Kimball.
