Hello Bob Brasseur....

I sent a e-mail few days ago asking about the plastic coal load for the Lionel 027 type 2 bay hopper (16495) and I never got a reply.  I need one of those.

Hello CGWforever......

We do have the IP relay but its often hard to explain to the IP operator about train related things such as( siderod bolts for the 2-10-4 or ZW transformer or boxcar) most of the time I have to spend more time explaining to the operator then the other person on the other line hangs up.  It has happen to us number of times. For other things its no problem. So I count on heavy on E-mails and they still don't respond.  It does get frustrating at times.

When I make the call, I always note to business to let them know that " I am deaf and use relay service to communcate you, get it?" They understood. It worked great, yes, very few will hang up on me. Make the calls is best than email.

Hey guys and gals.....

Perhaps I need to respectfully remind you that this thread is intended by Brasseur to let you know that he has parts!  To post within this thread parts that are available elsewhere other than our new sponsor seems a little disrespectful especially since he started the thread!  I understand you wanting to help each other but in this case I think the better approach would be to have done it via private email.... I am going to delete the posts in question and PLEASE try to understand....  Give Bob a chance to respond when you have a question...he is new to the forum and is getting up to speed...

Thanks for your support...

Alan

Mr. Brausser,

Sir, You have been around many years. I sincerely hope to see you as a sponsor of this forum and a long time advertiser in OGR magazine. I'm looking forward to one of your, "knock your socks off" sales .

God's Blessings,

"Pappy"

Thanks for the update, and thanks for the personal reply. I always recommend Brasseur Trains for K-Line parts, and I've also gotten some hard to find tinplate parts there. It's a class operation.

As far as e-mail inquiries that is usually 2 to 5 days. you can e-mail me bob@traindoctor.com or call.

I love Brasseur! Maybe the easiest site on the web for finding Lionel parts. I’ll bet he gets flooded with emails daily asking for this or that part. Go to the site and search the part number you’re looking for. If it’s there, he has it, and you can order it. Parts are listed numerically, so they’re very simple to find.

Thanks for being a forum sponsor Bob!
