I'm working on rebuilding an American Flyer 577 Billboard. I'm looking for the some replacement parts, I tried searching online for a parts diagram, but unfortunately couldn't find one. What are the correct AF part numbers for the following items?
A set of motor brushes.
brass screw spacer.
Two Rubber Grommets
Paper Gaskets for Whistle Chamber

Try Portlines Hobbies (the ultimate source for Flyer parts), or a junker found under a train show table. You should be able to fabricate a gasket.

THank you for the tip, I emailed Portlines Hobbies this morning asking if they have these parts in stock.
I just put one back together with Radio Shack grommets, a Harbor Freight screw and a spacer cut from aluminum tubing.
Works fine...
