Finding just parts is the impossible dream. I suggest you attempt a repair.

WOW!! Seems impossible for ALL of them to be broken like that from shipping. As John says, parts are not available for almost everything now.

Yep, better buy the big tubes of JB-Weld for this repair job! 
For tthe short term cut from wood or plastic / plyglass a bottom plate and attach the trucks. Looks like the plate screws on. Then when you find them, swap them out.
See the thread that John linked. JB Weld and styrene works well as a permanent repair. That’s what I used to fix the chassis break shown in my 1/31/21 post to that thread and it is still holding strong.
Does seem strange that the entire set has broken mounts. Handling must have been brutal. I do recall hearing that for a few years, right around the time your set was made, the plastic used by MTH was brittle.
