Pop Song with Lionel Air Whistle

I have no idea, but it would be fun if someone here knows the answer.

That's a sports whistle on there as opposed to a Lionel whistle no?

That song sure got folks out on the dance floor when I was young enough to stay out that late.

As far as 70s funk songs go. I think half of them had whistles in them,lol!

Either way. Another reminder of how iconic the steam locomotive is to this day.

It sounds like the BT Express song is the winner. That is definitely what I heard. I thought I lost it when I kept hearing the whistle
