Don’t know if anyone has seen this yet, but I came across this seller (vegito_boy) on eBay, who has created subway platforms, walls, pillars, etc from what looks like resin or 3D printing and sells them for a good price.

Here is an example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/MTH-L...TEwk_KIdnZU4oQeiAdyQ

Pretty good looking items for someone who want to build a subway segment to their layout with the details and elements already made (that's the category that I would fall in ).

You can find his items for sale here: https://www.ebay.com/sch/vegit...amp;_ipg=&_from=

FYI - I get no financial benefit or gain from highlighting that eBay seller page.

I bought a set of his columns, wall and bench when I was planning my subway tunnel, to see if I could use them as templates.  The columns are a good size for a subway station platform, but too big in cross section for an IRT subway tunnel, and if you use the module of 5 columns without cutting them apart, they are too far apart for IRT tunnel columns, and oriented with the web of the beam 90 degrees off from actual tunnel columns.  The wall section is considerably longer between columns than the IRT walls, but it does have the walkway which is a feature of some BMT tunnels and I bet a hard thing to do from scratch.  The quality of all the items is excellent, super clean with no flashing.  Overall, very nice.

I did what the previous poster suggested, using Plastruct I-beams and T-sections, but it was a long procedure.  For a 5 1/2 foot long tunnel section, I cut, mitered, glued and painted 99 I-beam sections, 99 T-sections and 33 thin styrene sheet wall sections over a period of three months.  I even cheated, spacing the columns at 5 feet apart instead of 4, and using a wider track envelope than prototype, to save some time and material.  Not disagreeable work, but at times it seemed I would never finish.
