You don't know how excited I am to post this thread!

The biannual York breakfast IS BACK!!!!! Thursday, October 21st.......

I figure an arrival time of 0715-0745.....with departures around 0915-0945.

The place: the same.....the Round the Clock Diner, 222 Arsenal Rd (Route 30 just east of the I-83 interchange).

All are welcome.....traveling alone? Small group?  New to TCA? First York? With your spouse? All are welcome!

Come join your fellow York attendees as we catch up on the news over the last 24 months, meet new people, put a face with the name you've been talking  to online, and discuss what you're hoping to find as you walk the halls.

It is always a fun time!

As always, just leave a your name  and approximate number of attendees.....I have told them 25-30, but that can easily be expanded......we had between 40-50 people in October 2019!

I can taste those pumpkin pancakes!

I hope to make York in October and might stop to have breakfast at Round the Clock.
I had single heart artery bypass surgery 2 weeks ago and recuperating at home. Getting my strength back each day. Minimal invasive surgery called mid cab surgery, left chest still painful but healing.
I do intend to make York and take it all slowly there.

Ted:

Best of luck for a quick and complete recovery.

God bless you, Ted......I am gratified that all went well!

Ted, best wishes on a full recovery!  Hang in there!

Breakfast is up in the air for me this year.  I had to cancel my hotel reservation as my wife couldn't get off work as we need to attend Family Weekend at my son's college Friday through Sunday as he has show/concert performances Friday night and Sunday which we want to see.   It's just too far to drive home and then to college if I stay Thursday night (and you know I'd be out late..lol).

I'm going to offer to bring a friend of mine who wants to go for a day but has health issues and can't drive.   If he is up for breakfast we'll attend,  if not, I'm sure I'll see several of you in the Orange Hall  before the meet opens and in the halls throughout the day.  While I'm disappointed I won't get to socialize in the evening I'm glad that my friend will now be able to attend the meet.  Gotta stay positive...a day at York is better than no day at York.

Greg, I feel your pain.  Several years ago I had my badge that I picked up the previous Meet all ready for the next Meet, when I was told during the summer we were invited to a wedding, during York weekend...... in Michigan!  It was a long year!  I'll see you Thursday!

@Ted Bertiger  Glad to hear you're on the mend, my friend!  Hope all continues to go well and you can go to the Meet.  GO FLYERS!!!!
