I just noticed that MTH is releasing an update to the Smart Phone app related to DCS explorer.
Has MTH fixed the problem with Proto (quilable) Whistle not working on the APP? If not have they given up?

If you turn on the Playable Whistle, for engines with this feature, in the Engine Settings Screen of the new 3.0.0 release of the Premium version of the DCS App, it should work fine.
Yes! It works great now. Much better than on the old remote. But why isn't the "playable whistle" button defaulted to on?
And why is the max speed defaulted to 120MPH? A fat finger can easily and unintentionally send the engine into rocket speed when hitting the plus button. When I remember it, I try to reset max speed to something less. But software should easily fix this.
