Good morning all
I have an MTH F3 ps2 chassis and would like to transfer this in a PS1 2-6-0, is this possible and what features will I lose after the transfer. I picked up the F3 on ebay and was either going to move the PS2 in a GP engine however I have the 2-6-0. I have a DCS system and this is why i would like to change the 2-6-0. Thank you for any help.

Well, it's going to be quite a bit of work as you'll have to create the wiring harnesses for steam vs. diesel. Unless you know your way around the MTH PS/2 boards and wiring in general, you're likely to run into some issues. You'll also have to supply the 10 pin tether and mating connector, etc.
Thanks John, just what I thought, i'll put it into a GP engine.
