PS2 Climax (20-3039-1) PS2 will not move

The climax use to move but then I had trouble with either the DCS Remote or the TIU but I corrected the problems. When I added back in the Climax to the remote it was added and when I hit the startup, smoke or shutdown buttons they worked. Sometimes you get the yard voices activated when their not selected. When I try to move the Climax via the remote it just sits there. Any idea how to fix the problem?
