On my first time going, and this is one of the things I would love to attend. Is there a set time for this? And once at the restaurant, who/what do I ask for once there? Though if it is anything like this board at times, just listen for the loudest group

Here are the details.
Just show starting around 5:30-7 and ask for the OGR group......there will be lots of people there by themselves or in small groups that will make up tables.....

Unless it's way different than previous Yorks, you can't miss the OGR bunch! 
Just look for everyone at any of the tables in the back(left side usually) unless that is being used. Maybe I'll get there early enough to join or start a table instead of being late, lol.
I made the Quaker State dinner and it was fantastic. had been about three years since I last went to the dinner. I met several younger collectors and had a ball talking and listening to them. They were younger than me which most everyone is, and really into what is going on in the hobby. Food was good and conversation GREAT.
