Does anyone know who's voice is being used on the PFA announcements? Is it the actual management member of the CP or just a generic voice used for this engine?

You need to include the product number in the title.
If it is the Railking CP Holiday engine - the PA announcements are in English with a very french Canadian accent, as it should be. I was pleasantly impressed by it's "authenticity" . (my two cents) No idea what the source was for the recording.

Unless I'm mistaken the premier and Railking version have the same sound file.
Chris, I think you are mistaken. The railking version also has Christmas music in the background.
This is the same engine in the Railking version in the top video and the Santa version in the bottom video from Train World. I’m getting the Railking CP engine 30-20435-1
