Will this engine have a beacon light? The big photo barely shows it and I can't see it in the smaller photo on the lower left. Also, the features list does not mention it so I'm not sure. For me this is a must have.
Will there be any upgrades in detail from the last release particularly in the trucks? For example, the brake cylinders are molded in on the one in the photo. Will the new one have separately applied components? This engine looks more like a RailKing item.
I think I know the answer to this question but what the heck I'll ask anyway. Is there any chance of getting a fixed pilot version? Even if its not a 2-rail engine, it would sure be great if MTH would offer a fixed pilot that we could purchase separately and use to swap out with the 3-rail version. I would only need the front pilot . There seems to be interest from the us 3Rail scale guys. I'll bet if you offered it you would get enough takers to make it worth while and at the same time sell more engines. Just my opinion.
