Quick hall question

RRMAN    After the dealer halls, the order I would do, is white,red,blue, silver. However its hard to say. for post war I would reverse my order.  I might plan that, then once I get there I do completely different. Should hit each hall at least twice.  Have Fun! Hope to see you there.

If you buy from a dealer in the Orange or Purple halls asks for a receipt in case of warranty repair.

These are just my observations from over the years of attending   ; 

Silver hall - This is the main hall ,as registration ,lost and found  and info for the next national meet are located here . You can also check your ticket number against the list on the wall to see if you are a door prize winner.

The findings in the Silver , Red ,White and Blue halls are very similar , which are any item ,  train related ,  in any scale . These halls do favor O - Scale and to a slightly lessor degree , S-scale. Standard gauge brings up the rear and you will find some HO and smaller scales .  You will even come across some antique toys  and railroad memorabilia . In my opinion , the Red hall has the most in the way of mint original boxed items . It also has the narrowest isles that seem to be forever being blocked by old friends having a reunion in the middle of the isles . Be sure and follow the arrows on the floor in these halls ,it does help maintain the flow .  The white hall seems to me to be where the newer sellers are set up . It also has several operating layouts and should not be missed . The black hall is strictly for operating layouts and should also not be missed.   There are test tracks set up in every hall , so if you do happen to purchase an engine , you can check it out and save some of that Caveat Emptor stuff !  There is no particular hall order in which to do this . Just pick one out and dive in . You'll be an old -pro  in about ten minutes , that's if you can put your eye balls back after they have popped-out after seeing what lays in front of you .
