I am looking for the Lionel part number for a RailSounds 4 board for any 0-6-0 locomotive which would have sounds suitable for use in a 6-18000 late eighties Lionel PRR B6. Anyone have any suggestions. My second choice would be a RS4 board from a Lionel 2-6-0 PRR Mogul so if anyone knows the part number for the sound board from any of the Moguls that would be my second choice. Thanks, j

I don't know if you know or not, but the 18000 is railsounds 1, and does not have changeable sound cards. The best you can do is gut the existing sound system and install a ERR system with a small steam board.
Chuck I have a RS2.5 board that is on the B6 tender chassis and will pull the PIC and ROM chips out of a RS4 board and put them in my board. Also ERR is not the only game in town if you know the part numbers for all the boards in any loco you can put together your own TMCC system. Not to say I don't buy ERR boards when I find them on the after market. My favorite board is the ERR Cruise Commander. Thanks, j
