When my 2332 GG1 runs over an RCS track section, the couplers activate, thus leaving the train behind. The same is true of my C&O post-war switcher.
Any thoughts ?

A few quick tips:
*You will want to make sure you have it wired appropriately and that the controller contacts are not worn. This means that the activation rails are floating when at rest and not grounded or powered.
*Make sure the RCS isn't directly attached to a curve.
*Check that the sliding rail pickup isn't damaged or excessively worn

Thanks. I should have mentioned that I have it wired for fixed voltage. So the fourth terminal wire goes to the transformer instead of the fourth terminal on the RCS track. However, I will look at the controller innards.
Hi BMoran4 - I watched Jim Barrett's video on rewiring an RCS track, which I will be doing this weekend. I ordered a few RCS-27 spacer buttons for my project and wondered if there is any reason I shouldn't glue the spacer button to the top and middle contact springs to ensure it doesn't come loose.
Your thoughts?
I've never found the need to glue them in. The only reasons I could imagine it would come loose is if the contact springs are not in serviceable condition or unbelieveably extreme abuse on the button
