Hello Hancock52, a question for you',  where did you get the table ware, tea pot, etc.  They appear to be in scale. and look very good on the tables... Nice work'..

They are all “quarter scale” 3D printed items, which are basically made for dioramas or scale room scenes. If you look up “quarter scale” on either flea bay or Google you will find a range of suppliers, although in many cases they are catering to dollhouse builders/collectors who go in for furnished areas, and you may have to hunt around for things like snack packaging. That scale is a very good match for most O scale passenger interiors although sometimes 1/144 scale will also work.

I have built out one entire dining car interior with this stuff although unlike Santiago’s effort this is a fantasy scheme that also relies on heavy use of LED lighting in the dining compartment and kitchen:

Sorry to be late to this thread but these are very fine examples of interior detailing.

One question for @SANTIAGOP23 - looks like you used real fabric for the tablecloths in the dining car, but what material was it and/or how did you get it to drape over the edges so realistically? I have resorted to using self-stick vinyl sheets (which can be printed on) to try to get the folds to stay in place:

Admittedly these are shorter than yours, but cut fabric often frays along the edges.

Also, in the Solarium car I imagine you scratch built the partitions.

Sorry fo por the late reply....I didn’t use real fabric but wrapping tissue paper. I depicted this process in an article for OSR, please take a look...

Yes, I scratch built the partitions. The door is a modified grandt line.

Thanks for the tip - I never would have thought of using paper but I see how it works.
