I ordered a 6 car set of tank cars from Menard's and one of their billboard WW II nose art box cars. The items where packed very well and shipped quickly. I found all the tank cars to be of good quality, but the bill board box car needed work. All the wheel sets on the box car were out of the side frames, one side frame was missing a screw. All the wheels snapped back in and luckily I had a supply of those tiny metric screws to replace the missing one. I guess I could have sent it back, but the hassle of that was offset by the ease of the repair. This was probably one that was missed by the Chinese QA person, but it is a pretty big miss on their part, I don't think the axle and wheels would just pop out due to rough handling or being dropped during transit, as the plastic carrier the car is shipped in appears to secure the wheels and truck in place.
