Recently purchaed 2340 with seized truck wheels.

Putting three of these plastic spacers between the trucks and frame seems to have fixed this wheel to frame contact problem. Engine now runs smoothly at much reduced voltage and no more grinding noise! Bought them at the local Ace hardware store and put one washer in at a time until I could see light between the wheels and frame. The only modification is to cut one side of the washer off so it fits against the motor housing. Thanks for your encouragement.
