I had a painful email conversation with a bidder today who we were not able to get answers for as quickly as he wanted. I want to take a moment to thank everyone for the questions, activity, and bidding. We are always happy to help and strive to get information in a timely manner. On occasion, it takes a little extra time on some items and the kind and patient manner in which most people respond make what we do a joy.
