Hi,

Does anyone know the best route to take on getting a Legacy Remote repaired? I have one where the backlighting stopped working a few years ago and thought I would try to get it fixed. There are no Lionel service centers in my area and it appears from visiting Lionel's website that they only do warranty repair directly from a consumer.

All Legacy control products have a life time warranty.

Contact them for a RA number to return your unit for service.
