I was watching RFD TV, Trains and Locomotives. The program was about Santa Fe #3751, The California Limited, in 1991. The camera shot was looking down on the action from a hillside above the approach to the Tehachapi Loop. Close to the RR tracks were some people and a few pickup trucks that looked tiny in the shot. Just then my wife walked in and said, "What a magnificent layout. Look at the scenery." Then she noticed that the "tiny" people were moving. Yea, it is one heck of a layout!
