I bought a new laptop running Windows 7 Professional and have had no luck installing my RR-Track program.  I have bought a couple upgrades over the years (v4 and v5) which were installed over an old free version of RR-Track from MTH.  I have the installation discs for v4 and v5 but can't find the original MTH disc.  The upgrade discs look for a previously installed version of the software and will not install if they don't find it.

The last time I replaced a computer, I called RR-Track and he walked me through a workaround.  I have not been able to reach anyone by phone or email at the company - no replies to email or return calls.

Does anyone know a workaround or how to reach the folks at RR-Track?  Are they still in business?  I haven't see them at York for a few years.

Maybe someone has a spare copy of the old free MTH disc (I think they want $59.95 for it now) they could part with or lend me.

Thanks for any help you might offer.

Just a FYI here, but I have always gotten a response for any questions to them by email (never called on the phone). It sometimes takes them a few days to a week or so to respond, but they have always provided fixes for my problems. Even fixed a library I was having trouble with one time, there was a glitch in it. I bet they will answer your emails, eventually.

Pretty sure they are still in business as there was just recently an update for the v5 program in the last few weeks.

Not redesigning my layout, but I have been helping a friend who is building a large  layout.  He lives about 4 hours away, so we often email layout design files.  Of course, there is always the possibility that I might want to make changes in my life existing layout which I would always work out on the computer before I actually started work.
