Just a FYI here, but I have always gotten a response for any questions to them by email (never called on the phone). It sometimes takes them a few days to a week or so to respond, but they have always provided fixes for my problems. Even fixed a library I was having trouble with one time, there was a glitch in it. I bet they will answer your emails, eventually.

Pretty sure they are still in business as there was just recently an update for the v5 program in the last few weeks.

Do you have V4 on a Windows 7 computer? I tried to install it on a Windows 7 computer and the install failed, so I bought V5 as complete rather than an update. That was my experience. The V4 also was not an upgrade.

Russell, the program designer, has always been very helpful.

Go on their website and set up a support question.

Keith:  I have v5 installed on my old Windows 7 computer which the folks at RR-Track helped me install.  Since I can't reach them, I've been unable to install it on the new computer.

Maybe you need a more current free MTH version (made for Windows 7) for the V5 to recognize. I know V5 is Windows 7 compatible, but V4 wasn't. I didn't even know that the upgrade disc would recognize the MTH version, so I bought the complete V4.

It's been my experience that Russ will get back to you eventually.  FYI I have Windows 10 now and it was necessary for me to just buy a new, current RR Track.

Pat,  Yikes, you're not redesigning your layout are you?

Not redesigning my layout, but I have been helping a friend who is building a large  layout.  He lives about 4 hours away, so we often email layout design files.  Of course, there is always the possibility that I might want to make changes in my life existing layout which I would always work out on the computer before I actually started work.
